Lady's and Gentlmen, boys and girls, knives and forks, polo players. Here it is - our first river trip of the year, so dust of your paddles, dig out those smelly thermals and prepare for the gnar!
So what's happening?
You'll have the opportunity to try polo (kayak football) and float down the lower Tawe in river boats. (There's also a BBQ)
When / where is it happening?
Meet at 10am at the shed, where we'll sort out kit and drive to the river.
If you're not sure where the shed is, give me a shout.
What do I need to bring?
You need to bring clothes to paddle in (something warm and water proof), as well as shoes to wear on the water (no shoes - no paddle).
You need to bring a spare change of clothes to change into (including shoes) and a towel.
We can provide:
-Boats
-Paddles
-Buoyancy Aids
-Helmets
-Wetsuits
If you have your own kit feel free to bring it!
The cost of the day is TBC, but usually around £10 to cover petrol, food and kit hire.
